The fantastic sunny weather just goes on and on, in fact a bit to warm for long walks.

Saturday morning Marrow update, the middle picture is three Marrow plants and it looks like an Amazon jungle, however at the moment just two marrows have formed the bottom picture showing the beast, well hopefully it will develop into a beast in time for the Sawrey Marrow Show in September watch this space for Saturday Marrow update next week.

Wildlife weekend, we spotted a pure white house martin flying overhead, not surprisingly I failed to get photographic evidence but Helen can corroborate the claim.

However I did manage to snap this little guy in the garden at Buckle Yeat a common English lizard or so google tells me.

At last the internet is back on after two days down.

Damp and muggy this morning but all expected incoming guests are checked in so we are going to brave the elements and have a good long walk this afternoon

The fantastic weather continues, till today!!! a lot cooler with the odd shower, although a heatwave is on its way I am led to believe.

We had a pleasant walk up to Moss Eccles last night before settling down for the footy.

So are the young trees going to make a run for it?????
