A lovely day but just a bit breezy, lots better than forecast, we had a quick walk this afternoon on what we call the Cunsey round.
These are a couple of shots of Cunsey beck which was very low the other day but the overnight rain has got it flowing a bit fuller.

Windermere

It was a bit dull this morning but turned out into a great day and these are some photos of one of our regular walks up to Moss Eccles and round, what's not to like??

Brrr the east wind has got up again and it is bitter again!!! come on spring!!

These lambs know to cuddle down in the sun and out of the wind.

At last a bit of warmth, the east wind has dropped and the temperatures are rising even the crocus on the wall top are open.

Denis found a big planter full of last years daffodils in the greenhouse we had forgotten to plant in the garden and they were all in full bloom so we dotted them about in the back for an instant shot of colour.

Still very cold as it is everywhere in the country, its about time things started to warm up, having said that it will no doubt rain then!!! never satisfied.

As is often the case at Easter the Tuesday after the bank holiday is the busiest in the village. We had a walk this afternoon and there was lots of people with the same idea.
