We did the annual clip of the clematis over Buckle Yeat, it has taken over lately.
I climbed the ladder and Denis stowed the clippings in the wheelie bins whilst giving directions and instructions.

This is before the clip.

After the clip.
We headed up the Moss Eccles track for a quick walk tonight and we were amazed by the amount of berries on the mountain ash aka rowan tress, some branches were broken by the weight. I think this means is a hard winter is due if you believe these things.

Back down into the village and we met Matthew at the Tower Bank for a drink before we went home for tea. Denis & Margaret were in and a few other villagers having a drink early doors.
