it was mum in law Maragrets birthday yesterday so we had lunch at the Tower Bank Arms to celebrate, Helens brother Tony and his wife Margaret and daughter Rachel came over so we had a really good afternoon.
Helen made a start with the Christmas decorations at Buckle Yeat and this afternoon we went and bought the the tree for outside.
On the way back we saw a mountain rescue unit and a inshore lifeboat crew on the banks of the River Leven, the river is in spate yet again and I fear they were looking for someone in the river.
