It soon comes round but it was dentist day today for us both, good news no further work needed and no pain, except the cost!!.
Health and Safety gone mad though I was only having my teeth cleaned  and after the check up and I had to wear pair of goggles the dentist had a pair on and the dental nurse donned a full protective face guard, I'm not sure what terrible damage can be done with flying toothpaste!!!!

We then parked up at Brathay and walked along the river towards the church and just before we reached Skelwith Fold we picked up a footpath to Pull Wyke and then back to Brathay.
