Near Sawrey

Another busy day in the village and we kept going with teas at a steady pace, after almost being over run last week we decided to only have people in the garden but not in the house, this way we could keep the amount of tables at a manageable number. It worked well and the sunny weather helped.

Mr Mcgregor was delivered back from Hill Top this morning and took his place on the bench outside Buckle Yeat, he did well with donations and there was just over £10 in his plant pot which will go to the Tarn Hill playground fund.

We finished at 4pm promptly, another executive decision, and all the incoming guests had arrived so we got home quite early.
We had a bit of a rest in the conservatory and then went a walk up to Moss Eccles.
I think we will wander up to the Tower for a drink later on.
