As we thought the single lady was the tourist board inspector, when she paid her bill she produced her identification card and announced her true identity, we had to feign surprise and listen to a load of waffle and advice, we have been trading at Buckle Yeat for 25 years so we have heard it all before, anyway the lady was only doing her job.

We went to Kendal today and were struck by the number of blocked drains, we have blocked drains in Sawrey and have a problem to get the authorities to clear them, but in the middle of the major town in the area which only this week has been affected by floods it is pathetic.
