Its been like a summers day today, I have been busy cutting the grass at Buckle Yeat and at  home and Helen has been busy baking bread along with all the other chores that are involved in the wonderful world that is B&B.
Mr McGregor reached his set target of £500 which we will pass on to the Sawrey Institute and he is now back raising money for the upkeep of the childrens playground in the village.
Just one incoming room tonight, quite unusual for a Friday and they are expected early evening so we did get of for a walk down to Cunsey Bridge and round the block

Fully booked this weekend and waiting for the last 3 rooms to arrive, hopefully no major traffic issues on the motorways tonight.
We have have a couple of dry and partially sunny days and although the next week is not a fantastic scorching summer forecast the people who say they know are predicting a bit more seasonal weather is on the way.
Had a nice night out last night with Tony and Lorna from Woking who are staying in the village.
