Helen off to Ambleside to the dentist she had to be there at 1:45 and got home before 2:30, get it!
Matthew off to Kendal for his yellow fever jab in preparation for his trip to South America in January,said it did'nt hurt but the cost did.
I was left to watch a bit of the Test Match on TV and was pleased to see the English boys doing OK.
