The last guests did not arrive till 11.45 last night so a late night to bed.
At 7.30 this morning the sun was shining and the sky was blue but the weatherman said it would rain and by the end of breakfast he was spot on, it's pouring down.
The rain is not deterring people, 4 lads have gone playing golf at Sedbergh and the rest of the party are going a walk with the exception of "gran" she is going looking round the shops, well she is in her 90,s.
My inspiration for this blog was a web site Helen found before we went on holiday in the summer, it caught her eye because it is a couple who live in the village next to the one we stay in.
