A hot and sunny day, the village was very quiet, football was the order of the day.

I took the hedge clippers to the beech hedge at Buckle Yeat, I then realised we had a another thrush nesting and feeding four youngsters, my efforts did not seem to bother them and Anthony from next door and I watched as the parent fed the chicks.
