We had a frustrating day in Ambleside looking for walking shoes and ended up having to order some.
This morning it is very mild and a bit damp, I bought some Algon from the garden centre and so the next dry day I will be able to treat the paths, steps and flags outside.

 

We had a traumatic incident last night when these scary individuals turned up banging on the door threatening mayhem, a bag of sweets saved the day.
