A mixed bag of weather today, it all ended with sunshine but we had one or two massive showers this afternoon.
We had a visit in the tearooms from some regular blog watchers, they have stayed in numerous holiday cottages in the area for many many years, I think they head home tomorrow, so happy birthday and hello Beckenham.

We had a last minute cancellation for next week so if you fancy a last minute break in the sunny!! lakes this week just pick up the phone quote the magic word BLOG and get a 10% discount.

Tarn Hill playground looking pristine after having the grass cut.

Moss Eccles this evening, we had a quick walk before tea.

We had a visit from Robert and Louise tonight gathering sponsers for their respective mothers Rachael and Jayne who are taking part in the Kendal Starwalk tonight raising money for CancerCare, a link is on the right of the page.
I am sure I recognise a Olivia from the village on the gallery page!

Again not the best day weatherwise but we did get a walk later on up to Moss Eccles and then on to Far Sawrey.

A busy morning with a full house and some early arrivals, Bob and Pat drove up from Leicester in time for breakfast, they turned up bearing gifts, a massive Melton Mowbray pork pie hmmmm!

A few sharp showers this afternoon so we had to give up with the tea garden and concentrate on serving teas indoors.

After we finished we had a walk through the bluebells and took these pictures.

Its that time again when the bluebells are at their best.
