Another cold clear day, perfect for walking, we managed to get up to Moss Eccles this afternoon, it was very busy up and down the lane I think everybody had the same idea.





These cows were drinking the thawing snow dripping from of the roof.



We watched the footy, a disappointing nil-nil against Charlton. Matthew was online this afternoon and thanks to technology albeit not totally successful, he could hear us and we could see him & Sarah, it made for a very surreal conversation which descended into something like a Two Ronnies sketch, but it was great to see them, they are in Peru now.
We are off out later to the Tower Bank Arms which opened up again today.
