We had a visit today from Pete & Lynn a couple of our New Year guests, they called in for a cup of tea this afternoon and then had run down to Hawkshead.
The tearooms were really quiet until about 2.30 and the we had late flurry of customers.
We had a few rooms free tonight but we picked up a couple and then an Irish lady with a couple of little girls, she had stayed with us 6 years ago before the youngest was born.
Pete & Lynn got back and went to the TBA to check it out so it was in the interest of good manners that we joined them for a quick beer.
