The first snow of the year. arrived overnight but it was not expected, not exactly a snowstorm but we had a decent covering and the roads were bad early on.
We have guests in from America, New Zealand and the UK.

I had to go to the ferry and pick up the lady from New Zealand this afternoon and whilst I was there Amy, who used to live in the village shouted out, she told me she watches the blog every day or two so she can be reminded of home, she lives down south now and was on her way back with the kids Dan & Holly after a few days back in Cumbria,
